V neděli nás probudilo krásné slunečně počasí, naprosto ideální pro jeden z vrcholů celého projektu – cyklistický výlet po Lednicko-Valtickém areálu. V rámci propagace pohybu a zdraví každý z účastníků vyfasoval kolo a helmu a společně jsme se vydali na túru mezi jednotlivými památkami areálu roztroušenými po celém okolí Lednice. Počet ujetých kilometrů přesáhnul neuvěřitelnou 30ítku a naše trasa nakonec vypadala následovně – Lednice – Apollonův
Chrám – statek Nový dvůr – Tři Grácie – Kaple sv. Huberta – Rendez-vous – Valtice – Hraniční zámeček – Rybniční zámeček – Lednice. Večerní program pak následoval po zaslouženém několikahodinovém odpočinku a skládal se ze dvou částí – „Večeru předsudků“ a hry „Co víš o mojí zemi“. V rámci první z nich sehrála každá z účastnických skupin krátkou scénku o předsudcích, které si chová vůči vybrané jiné účastnické zemi, v rámci druhé pak každá národní skupina prověřila znalosti ostatních účastníků o zemi, ze které pochází. V soutěži nakonec s přehledem zvítězili účastníci z Turecka, kteří v závěrečném kole setřásli vedoucí Českou republiku. Na třetím místě se umístnili zástupci Belgie.
Sunday 4th September - Day of the Biking Trip
Thu Sunday’s waking up was accompanied by beautiful sunny weather, absolutely ideal for one of the main highlights of the whole project – cycling trip around Lednice-Valtice Area. Promoting the ideas of health and move, each of us received a bicycle and a helmet and we all together vyjeli jsem towards a tour between the breathtaking sights of the Area spread all around Lednice. The number of ujetých kilometers překročit unbelievable 30 kilometers and our final trasa composed of the Town of Lednice, the Apollo Temple - Nový dvůr statek – Three Gracies Chateau – the Chappel of St. Hubert – the Randez-vous Chateau – the Town of Valtice- the Frontier Chateau – the Pond Chateau and the Town of Lednice again. The evening programme followed after several hours of zasloužený rest and it contained two parts – „The Evening of Prejudices“ and a knowledge game called „What Do You Know About My Country“. During the Evening of Prejudices, each of the national groups performed a short scene about the prejudices they have about another participant country, later, during the knowledge game, each of the groups tested the knowledge of other participants about the country from which they come from. After an amazing finish, the Turkish group found itself a winner of the game, leaving behind the Czech Republic and Belgium.
